Francine B. Goodman has extensive experience as a litigator and a transactional attorney. Francine has served as a trusted advisor to corporate and individual clients, both as in-house and outside counsel. Francine has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, including class actions and complex disputes, in Federal and State courts. She has also represented clients in arbitration, mediation, and with matters before regulators.
